Policy & Procedures

At Regenerate we don’t want satisfied clients we want Raving Fans!

We would like you to take a moment to read the following so that we can give our best to make your treatment an enjoyable experience and one to remember.

NEW TO REGENERATE

If you are new to Regenerate, please arrive 10-15 mins early to allow time to complete relevant consultation and client profile forms. We don’t want this time to be taken from your treatment time.

PHONES

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere and the comfort of all clients, please turn your phone to silent mode. No one wants to hear Y.M.C.A going off in the middle of a facial! Lol

MAKING APPOINTMENTS

You can make an appointment by calling the salon on 5975 7007 or booking online. If you are booking for the 1st time, both require 50% deposit. This is not an additional charge it will be deducted at the time of your appointment.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

Your appointment will be confirmed via a text message sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment.

We ask you to respond to this confirmation, please text back Y-yes and/or N- No. or phone 5975 7007 to reschedule your appointment.

If you do not confirm your appointment, we cannot guarantee your appointment time.

CHANGE OF TREATMENT BOOKED

When making your booking, please be mindful that we allow time based on your requested treatment. Please inform us 24 hours prior if you don’t require all the booked treatment. This way, we can adjust allocated time to make room for another client to be accommodated. eg. booked for a full leg wax and then decide a ½ leg wax is all you need.

RUNNING LATE

Everyone runs late from time to time, and we will do everything possible to complete your treatment in the remaining time. However, we may not be able to guarantee your full treatment time due to respect to clients following your appointment and our desire to run on time for all appointments.

NO SHOW 

Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your appointment and have not given the requested notice time of 48 hours, one of the following may be implemented.

a) For treatments with a duration of 30 minutes or more, you will forfeit your deposit.

b) For treatments with a duration of less than 30 minutes, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

c) When making your next appointment, a 50% deposit will be charged to secure your booking

d) If the booking was a Gift voucher redemption, 50% of the value of the voucher will be forfeited

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF AN APPOINTMENTS TIME

Last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our team and business.

Your appointment and the privacy of the salon is reserved especially for you.

You may need to change your appointment time or day on occasion, and we will always understand this. However, to avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice so that we can fill this appointment time with another client from our waitlist.
