BASE:

1 tbl peanut butter

10 dates

2- 2 ½ oats

Any type of milk, just add as needed

Shredded coconut ¼ cup

2 tbl vanilla protein powder

TOP LAYER:

Banana 1-2 depending on the size

Strawberries 1 large punnet

Yo pro strawberry yoghurt 1 cup

Blend the fruits up until they are a pulp, add the yoghurt, and place over the base. Place inthe freezer till firm. Serve frozen
